Gmail Andorid App 推出 Exchange 信箱、日曆、聯絡人同步 (附教學)

對於 Gmail Andorid App 的愛用者來說一直有個小缺憾，那就是之前 Gmail App 只在 Google Nexus 系列手機開放 Exchange 同步，不過現在這個缺憾被補足了，只要更新到最新版，其他品牌 Android 手機用戶，也能用 Gmail Android App 同步公司的 Exchange 重要商務資訊了。

在設定上非常簡單，只要帳號密碼就能自動完成所有設置。而同步也很即時，能夠支援郵件、行事曆與聯絡人的同步。同步後的郵件在中文顯示上沒有問題。
1. 簡單設定

更新 Gmail Android App 後，打開左方選單，拉開左上方的帳號選單，選擇「新增帳戶」。

在「設定電子郵件」的選項中多了一項「Exchange」的公司電子郵件設定選項，勾選後，直接輸入自己公司 Exchange 的郵件帳號與密碼，即可自動完成設定。

2. 調整同步頻率與內容

設定完成後，會出現「帳戶選項」，這裡可以調整：

– 同步頻率：選擇「自動」可以即時載入新郵件，或者延長時間可以省電或避免打擾。
– 同步處理週期：選擇一個禮拜或兩個禮拜，避免載入太多郵件而造成負擔。

還能單獨關閉 Exchange 郵件的通知，以及選擇是否要同步 Exchange 帳戶裡的日曆與聯絡人資訊。

3. 切換 Gmail 與 Exchange 信箱

設定完成後，就能在 Gmail 左方選單，切換 Gmail 或 Exchange 帳號，也能在「所有收件匣」同時管理所有郵件了。

4. 同時同步日曆、聯絡人

另外，剛剛有選擇同步日曆與聯絡人的話，打開自己的 Google 日曆 App 或手機內的聯絡人 App ，便能查看公司的行程資訊與通訊錄。
